1. How do I log in to the website as a member?
 

Once a member of the club, you should automatically receive a USER ID and PASSWORD to log in to the website via the preferred e-mail address you provide the club.   Once on our website, click the "Member Login" option to view and use all the site's member-only features.   

 

(When you log in the first time, you will be required to change your temporarily-assigned password to something that is more easy for you to remember.)

 

If you are a registered member of the club and have not received a user ID and password, please use the "Contact Us" link.


2. What special things can I do once I'm logged in?
 

SELF-SERVICE CONTACT INFORMATION:

One of the site's features is an online membership database which includes all your contact information as well as an online member directory and many other ways to interact with the club and other members.   Your membership information has already been loaded into this database and an account has been created for you.

  
Once you have logged in, please click on the "Profile" link to review and update both "Contact Info" and "Membership Directory."  These online sections replace the Directory Form we've mailed in the past to update information you share with other members.  The first question in Membership Directory asks you to select a level of "Visibility" in the Club's electronic directory.  This allows you to share as much or as little contact information as you decide.   "Membership Directory" also invites you to write a bio, add a photo, and even list social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn and other preferences.  Please also click "Club Questions," giving you the option to provide Business and Emergency Contact information.

 

EVENT SIGNUP AND CONFIRMATION:
The new website provides on-line registration for selected events, schedules, and event results as well.  You'll also find event information, club bylaws, history and other information formerly found in the printed Club Directory. 

 

ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS:

Note that some functions in the member-only area, such as on-line billing and account information, are not active at this time.

 

A NOTE ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY & SECURITY:

We want to assure our membership that privacy and information security is our top priority.   Please be advised that personal member information stored in our new website is secure and invisible to outside parties, internet browsers, and “bots” (those malicious programs that scour the Internet looking for identity theft opportunities).   Therefore, you can rest assured none of your information will be available to anyone without a member password.   Our website host, ClubExpress, manages member profiles for hundreds of clubs, all with appropriate protection.   Please click Club Express' data protection facts for more on this topic.


3. How can I make suggestions for the website?
 

The best means of communicating your suggestions and ideas is by using the "Contact Us" link and addressing your feedback to the Webmaster.  

 

Please keep in mind that suggestions and requests will be evaluated for appropriateness, technical feasibility, fair balance with other news/events/information, and effort required.  This website continues to evolve, and every enhancement request is subject to prioritization.
